Digital products and credits Our products consist of digital credits used for ProofReg. Because credits are made available immediately after purchase, the EU right of withdrawal applies only to the extent that credits have not yet been used.

Partial refund with bundle discount When you buy a credit bundle, you receive a discounted rate. If you decide to return part of the credits, the credits already used are recalculated at the normal, non-bundled rate. The difference is deducted from the refundable amount.

Example: you buy 1,000 credits with a bundle discount and use 300. On return, those 300 credits are charged at the normal rate and offset against your refund.

Unused credits Fully unused credits may be returned within 14 days after purchase, provided you have not used the immediate delivery and have not waived the right of withdrawal.

Excluded from withdrawal Used credits are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided consent for immediate delivery was given at purchase and the right of withdrawal was waived.
